Filter Perfect is a highly concentrated all natural enzyme that acts as a deep cleaning solution for pool and spa filters. It breaks down oils and minerals to improve water clarity and filter efficiency.
Cartridge & DE
1. Remove cartridge elements or DE grids from filter tank and hose off loose material
2. In a pail, bucket or trash container with 5-10 gallons of water, add one 1L (33.9oz) bottle of Filter Perfect
3. Place cartridge elements or DE grids in solution and soak for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight
4. Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly after recommended time
5. Clean cartridge elements should be allowed to dry before reinstalling
Sand Filters
1. Have pump running and filter in backwash mode - suction should come primarily from skimmer- not main drain
2. Add one 1L (33.9oz) bottle of Filter Perfect to skimmer
3. Once contents of bottle have entered the filter- turn off pump and put valve in either close or filter position for a minimum of 6 hours
4. Turn pump on with filter set to backwash, run until water flows clear - Do not allow pump to run dry
5. Return filter to normal operation
Use a weekly dose of Natural Chemistry? Pool Perfect+PHOSfree or Spa Perfect to further extend filter cycles and reduce maintenance
